Country, which is situated in the middle of Europe, not only from geografical point of view, but as the possibility how to spend free time, have a rest, and learn something new and obtain pleasant experiences. You    can admire old-time crafts - almost forgotten in modern days. You can look at live folk dances, listen to temper folk songs and try wonderfull hand-made folk costumes.


   If You are looking for activities and sports You can try to float on our rivers and lakes, climb the mountains and hills or just to make trips in the forests, collect mushrooms, to bike, ride horses, travel by cablecars, or just to have a joy and admire countryside and undamaged nature. In case – You need soething more dangerous You can try paragliding, bunglejumping, rafting etc., all what can help You to feel the life more.

Our mountains are visited during winter months, skiing resorts are full of tourists thanks to very high quality of services and good skiing conditions. Services in skiing areas are groving up from year to year, so Your winter stay, taking in term from November to the beginning of May, will offer You very good standard.

   Slovakia belongs to very young but very quickly and dynamic developing countries in Europe, not only in economy but mainly in tourist trade.
